Full Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Chef de partie to work as part of the team in our busy kitchen at our popular Finnieston location. This is a daytime position so you'll have evenings off. Typical shifts are from 8am until 5pm., As a chef de partie, you will work under the head chef and area manager and be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Working alongside a team of chefs to produce our fantastic brunch and lunch menu, consistently and safely during service

  • Working to Brand specs and Recipe's

  • Maintaining food safety standards including all due diligence paper work and cleaning schedules

    Cooking: 1 year (preferred)

    The Brunch Club is a small business in HOSPITALITY in GLASGOW. We are a fast based brunch restaurant in the West end of Glasgow. We have a varied menu and launch specials each month to keep things exciting in the kitchen. We have a small team of staff and pride ourselves on maintaining a fun and upbeat working environment.

    Wage: £12.00 - £13.00 per hour based on experience
