Full Job Description
As a Chef de Partie , your role will include
Being fully involved in all aspects of the kitchen operation from menu compilation to junior members of staff
To ensure menu spec are followed and being involved in future menu planning
Ensuring that all aspects of operation comply with legislative requirements
Great personality and drive
Ability to deliver fresh exciting food to high standards
Passion and care for your team to drive their progression
Minimum of 5years experience, with at least two years as sous chef or above
Desire to work closely with the management team to drive the business forward
Input into all areas of kitchen management inc. all KPI targets such as GP %, environmental health issues, menu design etc., Have Commis/Chef de Partie experience in a similarly high quality operation.
Possess a passion and knowledge of Eastern / Asian cuisine food.
Be driven and focussed on first class standards across every aspect of the operation.
Have shown loyalty and longevity throughout their career.
Have excellent personal presentation and be consummately professional at all times., Food lover is a must with passion for delivering fusion style food in a fast paced, high volume kitchen.
Having strong experience at a supervisory level
Someone who is looking to progress their career in a forward thinking company
