Salary £30,000-£32,000 negotiable depending on experience.

Full-time and permanent position working a 40-hour week.

Requirements

·        Proven previous, relevant experience in this role (minimum 2 years)

·        Strong culinary skills and knowledge of established techniques

·        Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·        Reliable and committed

·        Ability to work on your own at times

Responsibilities

·        Working under and reporting to the Golf Club’s Sous Chef

·        Deliver first-class food service with new menus set by the Head Chef/Sous Chef

·        Monitor inventory levels and manage supplies

·        Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness

·        Strictly adhere to food safety standards

·        Take ownership of tasks set by the Head Chef/Sous Chef
