With regards to requests for references and in line with this guidance, during your application process you should provide details of a minimum of two appropriate and relevant references, one of which should be from your current or most recent employer. It is also a requirement that the reference from your current or most recent employer is from an appropriate senior manager and it is not a reference from a former peer operating at the same level.
  
  Annual Salary: £27937 - £29247 plus 12.5% shift allowance.
Hours of work will be 35 hours per week to be worked 5 over 7 days on a rota basis. This post is based at our Central Kitchen, Rowallan Business Park, Kilmarnock KA3 6BQ, however there may be a requirement to travel to various sites across East Ayrshire to suit the needs of the business.
