• To support the Kitchen team in delivering required standards of food and kitchen operation.
• Support and assist any kitchen section to the required standards set by management
• Ensuring that company Personal and Food Hygiene, Health and Safety Standards, policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
• Ensure food is hot, fresh and ready for service at the correct time
  
  Passion for fresh food with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a busy service environment Strong communication skills and a positive team approach
