Working within the Department of Creative, Digital and Leisure Industries, you will be responsible for co-ordinating effective and efficient commercial activity within our Stirling Campus. You will ensure the effective deployment of trainees and catering staff and provide financial and administrative services to support the hospitality team.
You will be responsible for the training and assessment of learners at a variety of different levels, from Access Courses to HNC Professional Cookery. As such you should hold (or be working towards) a relevant Professional Cookery qualification at SCQF Level 7 or above (eg HNC/D), together with an up to date Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate.
You should have experience of coaching, training and supervising in a food production environment, together with a minimum of three years relevant kitchen experience within quality catering and hospitality establishments.
