Are you interested in working for an award winning social care charity?
Childcare Practitioners have the most important role within Enable by making a positive difference every day to the lives of the young people we support.
At Roslin House, we provide short breaks and specialist support for children and young people with complex additional support needs. Every stay is an opportunity to create positive experiences, build confidence, promote independence and provide families with trusted support.
We're looking for compassionate, motivated and values-led Childcare Practitioners who are passionate about making a difference. You'll support children and young people to enjoy meaningful activities, achieve personal outcomes, build relationships and experience fun, safe and memorable short breaks.
No two days are the same. One moment you may be supporting a young person to access the community, the next you may be helping with communication, personal care, sensory activities or celebrating an achievement they have accomplished.
The Best in You Brings Out the Best in Me
