Are you interested in working for an award winning social care charity?
Childcare Practitioners have the most important role within Enable by making a positive difference every day to the lives of the young people we support.
Muirfield Outreach is a children's service supporting young people with additional and complex support needs across North Ayrshire. We're looking for compassionate, motivated and values-led Childcare Practitioners who are passionate about making a difference. Our support is individual to each young person and is delivered within their family home and local community, helping them to enjoy activities, build confidence and independence, develop relationships and achieve outcomes that are meaningful to them.
No two days are the same. One moment you may be supporting a young person to access the community, the next you may be helping with communication, personal care, sensory activities or celebrating an achievement they have accomplished.
