Job Summary
Temporary for 1 year.

This role is based within the Equipment Store for Care at Home Services, delivering a high quality, customer focused service. The post holder will respond to enquiries from colleagues, service users, their families and a range of internal and external professionals, using appropriate and effective communication in person and on the telephone. Key Responsibilities • Administrative duties – Enter, retrieve and maintain information across a range of computerised and manual systems while ensuring confidentiality and sensitivity. • Appointment booking – Schedule appointments by telephone for technicians • Stock Control – Order supplies and support stock management processes • Regular Minute Taking • Invoicing Processing – Process invoices in line with North Ayrshire Council’s financial procedures. • Policy Compliance – Ensure full adherence to all north Ayrshire Council policies and procedures. Additional Information • The position is office based only. Monday – Friday within the equipment store.
