  • Process sinking fund reimbursements and development-specific financial activities
  • Carry out insurance reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
  • Review utility costs and assist with financial analysis and cost queries
  • Manage client funds, including transfers, refunds and account adjustments
  • Support bespoke financial projects and ad hoc deliverables across the business
  • Build strong relationships with clients, contractors and other stakeholders, responding to financial queries and resolving issues
  • Prepare and process developer and client invoices
  • Manage purchase ledger payment runs and supplier payments
  • Process contractor invoices and amendments
  • Reconcile client bank accounts and maintain accurate financial records
  • Set up and administer direct debits
  • Process telephone and cheque payments
  • Download and maintain bank statements and supporting financial documentation
  • Process recurring monthly charges and routine accounting transactions

About You:

  • Previous experience in a finance role, such as Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant or Assistant Accountant
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Confident communicating with a range of stakeholders
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Good Excel skills and experience working with finance systems
  • Ambitious and keen to grow your career within a supportive business

What's on Offer:

  • Opportunity to learn directly from an experienced Finance Director
  • Broad exposure across finance operations, budgeting and reconciliations
  • A growing business with genuine opportunities for progression
  • Supportive and collaborative team environment
  • Competitive salary and benefits package
