Client Relationship Manager

Key responsibilities will be:

• Liaising with lenders to get application updates and to progress cases through to offer stage
• Communications with solicitors and clients to ensure all documentation and information are up to date and accurate
• Deal with incoming communications to the office, including lead qualifications and appointment booking
• Keeping clients informed of progress and manage any potential delays, issues with cases
• Supporting compliance and file maintenance
• Supporting our social media platform

What's in it for you:

• Basic salary from £25,000 – £28,000 dependent on experience
• Possibility of a monthly/quarterly bonus
• Opportunity for full training to become a qualified Mortgage Advisor, including funding of qualifications (Subject to terms & conditions)

Working hours:

9.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. This role is office based, but over time, we may consider introducing some hybrid working.

About you

• Previous admin experience essential
• Mortgage or financial services experience desirable, but not essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency with office software and record keeping
• Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure
