Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Client Services Customer Manager. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead world-class projects and contribute to our mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. This role will be based onsite working 4 days onsite and 1 from home., Collaborate with relevant individuals to establish project scope, goals, and deliverables.Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure flawless executionCoordinate cross-functional teams to successfully implement projects and achieve objectivesProactively identify and mitigate project risks and issuesKeep internal and external parties informed about project progress, updates, and important achievements.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project management processes.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.Proven experience managing complex projects from initiation to completion.Strong leadership and collaboration abilities to effectively work with diverse teams.Strong motivation to excel and a competitive drive.Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Excellent communication skills and strong PC skills.
