Full Job Description

  • Carrying out routine medical screening tests (such as hearing, vision, ECG, height/weight, BMI, lung function and urine tests)
  • Preparing and managing medical paperwork and checking candidate ID
  • Accurately recording results on paper and systems
  • Liaising with healthcare professionals and external agencies
  • Completing general admin tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying and responding to emails

    You don't need a medical background, we'll train you. We're looking for someone who is:
  • Confident using IT systems and happy working with databases
  • Highly accurate with strong attention to detail
  • Able to follow set processes and instructions
  • Comfortable carrying out physical checks on potential recruits
  • Desirable qualification/skills/experience
  • Experience within a medical environment, is desirable
  • Familiarity with the army, would be an advantage, Disability Confident
