Clip and Climb Assistant

We are looking for friendly, positive, and enthusiastic climbers to join our team in Ratho this summer as Clip and Climb Assistants.

What You'll Do:
- Welcome customers and create a positive, energetic atmosphere from the moment they arrive.

- Deliver clear safety briefings and activity demonstrations.

- Supervise Clip and Climb sessions, ensuring customers feel confident, supported, and safe.

- Prepare and set up equipment and activity areas, keeping sessions running on schedule.

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation throughout the venue.

Exceptional customer service skills with experience in customer-facing roles.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to engage and connect with a varied customer base.

- Ability to stay focused and alert at all times in order to respond quickly to all situations.

Opportunities available are seasonal contracts for 9 weeks, running from 15 June to 16 August, with the following options:

- Full-time - 35.75 hours per week
- Part-time - 16 hours per week
