Full Job Description

They are currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Commercial Assistant to become a part of the Scotland-based team.

As a Commercial Assistant, you will assume a pivotal support role within the commercial and project management teams, contributing significantly to the seamless financial and contractual operations of the companies infrastructure projects. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide invaluable support to the commercial team by maintaining meticulous financial records and documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with Quantity Surveyors to handle the processing of invoices, purchase orders, and payments.
  • Contribute to vigilant monitoring of project budgets, expenditures, and cost control.
  • Assist in preparing and updating project-related reports, including cost and financial summaries.
  • Support the review and processing of contract variations and change orders.
  • Assist in the evaluation and mitigation of potential project-related risks.
  • Maintain effective communication and relationships with stakeholders involved in the project.
  • Offer administrative support to both the commercial and project management teams.
