The ideal candidate will have managed a high footfall venue with multiple offerings, including Food & Beverage, Retail and Events. You will need a commercial and creative mind with the ability to analyse the business and implement new ideas to ensure successful delivery of identified outcomes. Delivery of key targets is of vital importance; therefore you must also be analytical and detailed in your approach, but also be able to adapt your way of working to be the best, most efficient and dynamic manager you can be. The job will stretch, and challenge and you must be prepared to think on your feet and lead your teams by example.
