In this role, the Community Associate welcomes clients, manages reception duties, and ensures that offices, meeting rooms, and common areas are professional, well-presented, and ready for use. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, providing support with bookings and services, coordinating workspace setup, and assisting with basic administrative tasks. The Community Associate also helps build a positive community atmosphere by facilitating introductions between members, sharing information about services and events, and responding promptly to feedback or issues. Collaboration with local and regional teams is key to maintaining consistent service standards and supporting the overall performance of the center.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.Candidates should possess Community Support and Community Health

awareness to foster a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive workspace environment.Candidates should possess Case Management and organizational skills to manage customer requests, follow up on issues, and maintain accurate records of interactions.Candidates should possess customer service experience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.Candidates should possess basic administrative and computer skills (e.g., email, calendar, office software) and attention to detail in handling bookings and documentation.Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site full time in Stratford-Upon-Avon, with flexibility to support varying customer needs and center operations.Experience in hospitality, coworking, customer service, or office management is beneficial; vocational training or education in business, customer service, or a related field is an advantage.
