The successful candidate will be based in the Central Housing Team and will support them to improve and maintain the standard and safety of the communal areas in our communities by providing the effective delivery of caretaking services. This includes tackling fly tipping and graffiti, undertaking estate inspections and completing minor environmental and preventative repairs.

As a minimum you will have basic numeracy and literacy skills.
