Community Healthcare Assistant - Dingwall, Highland - Scotland Pay Rate: £15.07 to £19.99 per hour Your Role: Supporting Independence | Enriching Lives We are recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants to join our Community Care team. We offer set shifts per week and have days and night packages available. You are always in one client's home for your shift, so no travelling around, ensuring consistency for you and the client you care for. We also offer flexible ad hoc shifts including days and waking nights. This role involves delivering person-centered care within a client's home, supporting with personal care, moving and handling, medication administration, and clinical needs where trained. We offer a range of adult and paediactric care packages, as well as mental health packages - providing high quality support whilst building positive relationships to clients and their families. We are looking for candidates with previous care experience who are confident working independently, reliable and flexible, with a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
