Community Payback Co-ordinator - NAY17473

A Community Payback Order (CPO) Co-ordinator is a vital justice services role. You bridge the gap between the justice system, local charities, individuals within the community, community councils and council to secure placements for offenders to work, both supervised and unsupervised within personal placement's. You line manage Workplace Supervisors, ensuring integrity, equality and role modelling are central to their role. A good all round knowledge of DIY is essential alongside H&S, risk assessment and practicality.

Our Workstyles

As an employer of choice, North Ayrshire Council has identified four different Workstyles. Each post in the council has been allocated one of these styles:

Agile - 100% of time spent working agile (flexibly) and interacting with others. Able to work at home, office or multiple locations. May be required to attend office on set days/rota basis as the role requires.
