We're on the lookout for a Company Secretary & Governance Advisor to join our team in Edinburgh or Glasgow. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside one of the most experienced Governance professionals in the country, as part of our busy and growing top tier practice. With our team being the largest in Scotland, our Company Secretary & Governance Advisors can collaborate and learn from each other, with plenty of opportunity to grow in the role - this makes these opportunities unique.
You'll have previous experience within a similar role or the relevant qualifications to kick-start your career within this dynamic area of the law. Our Governance & Company Secretarial team provides a fully comprehensive service to clients internally and externally.
We take pride in our service and are recognised as an integral division within the firm, working alongside colleagues in other specialist areas. As a Company Secretary & Governance Advisor you'll be responsible for drafting documents relating to incorporation of companies and limited liability partnerships, Board support, and Minute taking, with direct contact with our clients from day one.
