Competitions and Compliance Coordinator

Are you someone who loves bringing people together, making things happen, and keeping everything running smoothly? We're looking for a proactive and driven Competitions and Compliance Coordinator to play a key role in delivering exciting rugby competitions and upholding high standards across the game. This is a hands-on role at the heart of rugby, where no two days are the same - perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems and making a real impact. What you will be doing: Coordinate regional competitions and support compliance processes to ensure everything runs fairly, smoothly and to a high standard. Act as a key point of contact for clubs, schools, volunteers and colleagues throughout the season. Build strong working relationships and collaborate with stakeholders to solve problems and keep activity on track. Help bring people together and support effective delivery of competitions across the region.

We're looking for someone who brings energy, initiative and strong people skills, alongside:

• A collaborative mindset - you enjoy working with others and building strong, positive relationships
• Confident stakeholder management - you communicate clearly, influence effectively and manage expectations well
• A self-starting attitude - you take ownership, work independently and don't wait to be told what to do
• Experience of sports competitions or events - you understand what it takes to deliver great experiences
• Knowledge of youth and adult rugby - or a strong interest in developing this
• A genuine interest in compliance and doing things the right way
• Strong technical skills - particularly in analysing data, spotting trends and producing clear reports
• Excellent organisation - you can juggle priorities and keep everything on track
