Complaints Triage Officer
Fort Social Work Centre
Salary: £40,501 - £47,639
Hours: 36 per week
This is an exciting permanent opportunity for someone who is committed to ensuring that the voices of children who use services, their families and carers are heard, and that learning from feedback and complaints drives continuous improvement across Children's Social Work and Education services .You will be the first point of contact for Children's Social Work and Education complaints and enquiries received through the Advice and Complaints Service. Working closely with colleagues across the Edinburgh , you will ensure complaints are appropriately triaged, investigated and responded to within statutory timescales.
The role requires professional judgement, strong analytical skills and the ability to build positive relationships with managers, practitioners and service users. You will support services to identify learning from complaints and use this to improve experiences and outcomes for the people we serve.
