Compliance Property Manager

Compliance Property Manager | Edinburgh - £39,000

We're looking for a highly organised Compliance Property Manager to oversee compliance across a residential property portfolio, ensuring all properties meet Scottish legislative and safety requirements.

The Role

• Manage property compliance across a residential portfolio
• Coordinate inspections, certifications, and remedial works
• Monitor key requirements including gas safety, EICRs, HMO licensing, fire safety, and alarms
• Maintain accurate records and compliance reporting
• Work closely with landlords, tenants, contractors, and Property Managers
• Proactively identify risks and ensure deadlines are met

About You

• Experience in property management, compliance, or a similar administrative role
• Strong knowledge of Scottish property legislation and compliance requirements
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Proficient with property management systems such as SME and Fixflo
• Full UK driving licence required

Desirable

• Residential lettings or property management experience
• HMO compliance knowledge
• ARLA Propertymark and/or Letwell qualification
