Conference & Events Supervisor

At Sandman Signature Events we are looking for a highly motivated individual to work alongside our C&E Manager to deliver unforgettable experiences for our guests.

No two days are the same in the C&E business. From corporate meetings and private dining, to ceilidhs, weddings and everything in between, the role of C&E Supervisor is vital to driving the business forward.

Your key duties will be:

• Setting up and breaking down event spaces as required


• Planning and executing outstanding service


• Motivating and inspiring the C&E team


• Cashing up


• Working closely with our C&E Manager and C&E Bar Supervisor


• Maintaining and promoting brand standards
  
  The ideal candidate for the role will have exceptional organisational skills as well as fully flexible availability. The ability to see and solve potential issues before they arise and the ability to manage both their own and the team's time effectively.
