Ready to take the next step in your conflicts career? Whether you're already an experienced Conflicts Analyst or looking to develop deeper expertise within legal risk and compliance, this is an opportunity to join a collaborative team where you'll be trusted, supported and encouraged to grow.
Why this role?
This is more than a technical compliance role. You'll work directly with lawyers and partners on complex conflicts matters, provide practical solutions to risk issues and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our conflicts processes and systems. You'll also have the opportunity to mentor others, share your expertise and become a recognised subject matter expert within the business.
What we are looking for
- Experience of conflicts management within a commercial law firm.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Commercial awareness and good judgement when balancing risk management with client service.
- The confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- A collaborative approach.
- Experience with InTapp and Security Policy Manager would be advantageous but is not essential.
Why Burges Salmon?
At Burges Salmon, we believe in empowering our people to make a difference. You'll join a firm that values integrity, innovation, and inclusion. We offer hybrid working, a supportive culture, and opportunities to grow your career in a forward-thinking environment.
