Take the Lead in Delivering Major Construction Projects Across the UK
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Construction Agent to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering complex civil engineering and construction projects nationwide.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional who thrives on coordinating multiple site activities, solving challenges, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
As Construction Agent, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction operations, maintaining strong relationships with clients and subcontractors, and ensuring every project meets contractual, quality, and programme requirements.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Construction Agent, you will:
- Coordinate and manage construction activities across multiple sites
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and programme milestones
- Inspect works to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards
- Identify and resolve site issues quickly and effectively
- Liaise with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and company procedures
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records
- Travel nationwide to oversee live projects and support delivery teams
- Drive client satisfaction through proactive communication and high-quality execution
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Agent with a strong background in civil engineering or construction delivery.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in construction project coordination, site management, or a Construction Agent role
- Strong understanding of civil engineering methods, specifications, and construction standards
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Flexibility to travel nationwide as required
Qualifications
- HNC, HND, Degree, or equivalent practical experience in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
