As Construction Agent, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction operations, maintaining strong relationships with clients and subcontractors, and ensuring every project meets contractual, quality, and programme requirements.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Construction Agent, you will:

• Coordinate and manage construction activities across multiple sites
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and programme milestones
• Inspect works to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards
• Identify and resolve site issues quickly and effectively
• Liaise with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and company procedures
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records
• Travel nationwide to oversee live projects and support delivery teams
• Drive client satisfaction through proactive communication and high-quality execution

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Agent with a strong background in civil engineering or construction delivery.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in construction project coordination, site management, or a Construction Agent role
• Strong understanding of civil engineering methods, specifications, and construction standards
• Excellent organisational and planning skills
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Flexibility to travel nationwide as required

Qualifications

• HNC, HND, Degree, or equivalent practical experience in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
