Glasgow City Council is seeking to recruit a permanent Continual Service Improvement Officer within Digital Services.

In this role, you’ll work as part of a team and will be responsible for problem management and continual service improvement, driving initiatives to enhance service quality and performance. You will work collaboratively with colleagues and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to identify, action and embed improvement opportunities across ITIL and SIAM processes.

This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to be involved in a range of work in a complex organisation, supporting delivery of a high-profile strategic priorities that enable all parts of the Council Family and improves the lives of Glasgow's residents.
