Contract Governance Officer (Hard Facilities Management)
Waverley Court

Salary: £34,452 - £40,501
Hours: 36 per week

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Hard FM (Facilities Management) team, as a Contract Governance Officer for our NEC4 Term Service Contracts across the Council's operational (non-housing) estate of circa 650 buildings.

We are looking for people who have a passion for governance and contract compliance, within a busy technical services environment and want to be part of an essential council service, driving transformation and best value in the public sector across our Capital City.

An experienced Contract Governance Officer, responsible for supporting the Contract Management within the Facilities Management Service, with the following experience:

  • Working within a Facilities Management/Property Service.
  • Experience of policy management, standards and supporting implementation management processes in accordance with best practice.
  • Knowledge of contract management principles, governance frameworks, and compliance requirements.
  • Supporting the delivery of best value and optimum performance from our Term Service Partners.
