An established, medium-sized building contractor is seeking a driven and talented Contracts Manager to oversee operations across a portfolio of prestigious projects throughout Scotland.

About the Role
As Contracts Manager, you will take a pivotal role within the business, responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
You will act as a key link between the business, site teams, and clients — ensuring delivery excellence while building strong and lasting relationships. This is a career-defining opportunity to make a tangible impact as the company continues to expand across Scotland.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple commercial construction projects across Scotland from inception to completion
- Ensure all works comply with contractual agreements, company standards, and statutory regulations
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources, proactively identifying efficiencies and mitigating risks
- Lead, mentor, and support site teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
