PFC Careers is pleased to collaborate with one of Scotland's leading fit-out and refurbishment contractors to recruit a Contracts Manager on a permanent basis.


This company is known for its professionalism and the quality of the projects they undertake. They work with several blue-chip clients across Scotland and the North of England, with project values ranging from £500k to £5m. The senior management team is highly experienced and approachable, with many members having been with the business for several years.


The role is suitable for someone currently in a Contracts Manager position or a Project Manager looking to step up. Ideal candidates will have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Key skills required include:

- First-class communication skills

- Planning and coordination

- Time management

- Excellent attention to detail

- Health and Safety management


This position is ideal for someone eager to continue progressing their career, as the client emphasises professional development opportunities.


Candidates must be comfortable working on fast-paced projects and willing to travel across the regions. There may be occasional overnight stays, but these will be minimal.
