The Opportunity
An established Scottish main contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of multiple building projects across Scotland.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects from pre-construction to handover
- Lead Site Managers, Project Managers and operational teams
- Control programme, quality, health and safety and commercial performance
- Oversee procurement, subcontractors and project resources
- Work with commercial teams on costs, variations and profitability
- Maintain client relationships and report to senior management
- Support tender reviews and pre-construction activities
Candidate Requirements
- Proven Contracts Manager experience in main contracting or general building
- Track record managing multiple building projects
- Experience in commercial, industrial, residential or public-sector construction
- Strong leadership, commercial and contractual knowledge
- Relevant construction qualification or equivalent experience
- Full UK driving licence
