  Proven experience working as a Chef in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Relevant professional cookery or culinary qualifications
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively under pressure
• A strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
