Job Title: Corporate Account Handler

Location: Glasgow, Scotland

Salary: £27,000 - £45,000

We have a rare opportunity for a Corporate Account Handler to join a leading brokerage in Glasgow.


Here you would be looking after a large book of corporate clients. As their first point of contact you’d be assisting them with general product queries, new business quotes, midterm adjustments and revised renewals across several different products.


You would be client facing, nurturing and developing client relationships alongside the Account Executives.


Client care is at the top of the agenda, which will suit you if you’re passionate about going the extra mile for clients.


Some sector examples include Construction, Charities/Care, Food & Drink, Hospitality/Leisure, Manufacturing/Engineering, Motor Trade, Property Owners etc.


What would help you succeed in this role?

  • Recent experience working in an Insurance Brokerage or Insurer, either advising or servicing clients regarding commercial insurance
  • Broad market knowledge of commercial insurance (Construction, Motor Trade, Haulage, Property Owners/Real Estate, Manufacturing/Engineering etc)
  • Being proactive, you like to be responsible for your own workload
  • You enjoy helping others and collaborating with colleagues
  • Working towards goals and targets
  • Familiarity with Acturis
