Experteer Overview In this role you will join a high-profile Corporate Finance team in Scotland, supporting a mix of domestic and international clients on major transactions. You will collaborate across cross-functional teams to manage deals, draft essential documents, and provide commercial guidance. The role offers exposure to sector-focused work (tech, fintech, energy, food & drink) and opportunities to leverage legal technology for efficient transaction delivery.   • Manage corporate finance transactions end-to-end Draft and negotiate transaction documents Provide practical, commercial advice to clients Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Engage with and leverage legal technology for transaction management and document automation Contribute to project management and timely delivery of deals Collaborate in a fast-paced, high-profile deal environment Tasks 5-8 years PQE in Scotland or England & Wales with demonstrated CF transaction experience or NQ-2 years PQE with direct CF experience or strong aptitude ability to provide practical commercial advice and possess strong drafting skills team player with proactive transaction and project management mindset comfortable working with or interested in legal tech tools (e-signing, transaction management platforms, document automation) Key requirements highly competitive salary comprehensive benefits package
