Corporate Tax Analyst

FinTech RS are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Tax Analyst based in Aberdeen on a Permanent, Full Time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to gain a start and specialise in Tax, working with a highly reputable local practice.

Main duties include:

•  Assist with the preparation and management of corporate tax returns and associated compliance processes for a portfolio of clients.  
• Support with Audits when required, advising on tax provisions and disclosures for statutory accounts
• Regular communication with clients to gather required information and handle queries
• Liaise with HMRC on behalf of clients and respond to queries
• Assisting wider Corporation Tax team on advisory projects with research and analysis when required

Suitable candidates should have the following:

• Demonstrable experience in a Finance role, with a keen interest in specialising in Tax
• Any experience or general understanding of Tax, either personal or corporate, would be beneficial but not essential
• Process oriented, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Eager to learn, with a commitment and proactive approach to professional development

Candidates should be based locally to Aberdeen, and must hold the Right to Work in the UK.
