Based at Bruce House, Wellgate, Arbroath.

This job is workstyle 5 - Flexi.

You will have the opportunity to benefit from our flexible and agile working practices. This means you will work from home for part of your week and spend some time in council buildings to best suit your work, meetings and collaboration.

You will deal with council tax, council tax reduction, housing benefit, discretionary housing payments, Scottish Welfare fund, educational benefits and financial assessment enquiries both face to face, online and by telephone.

You will also be required to process council tax reduction and housing benefit applications, changes of circumstances and applications for discretionary housing payments, educational benefits, Scottish Welfare fund and financial assessments.

Duties will also require you to administer the billing and redemption of council tax.

Please note interviews will be held Monday, 6 January 2025.
