Counter Assistant

Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist with food preparation and assembly
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Upsell additional menu items or promotions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area and assist in general cleaning
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
- Knowledge of culinary and restaurant operations is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety guidelines
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with kitchen staff,
