Do you love analysing and creating strategies for evolving service lines based on client needs?

We are a multi-discipline, talented team of over 90 people, including UX/UI designers, graphic designers, animators, visualisers, real-time and web developers all over the globe. By harnessing outstanding, innovative, and creative talent, we transform the way our clients communicate, connect, and engage with their projects.

We create and implement viable concepts that utilise technology in a way that enhances outcomes and creates efficiencies. We invest in innovation and focus on upcoming technologies.

People join our in-house agency to work on an exhilarating scope of projects, while having a positive impact on the world. We recognise that we work in a fast-paced environment. So there are many ways we care for each other's wellbeing, from championing mental health to promoting flexible working and keeping active together.

Your Purpose:

  • Our team of 11 Account Managers and Project Managers are responsible for the delivery of multi-discipline projects ranging from working with local communities to create an engaging branded campaign that communicates proposed plans in their area, to a gamified e-learning experience for the Ministry of Defence.

  • We currently work with clients such as Transport for London, East West Rail, Ministry of Defence, Highways England, Environment Agency, Thames Water, EDF Energy, Faithful and Gould and our own global internal communications.

  • We are recruiting for a Creative Project Manager to work on specific projects with our global clients, some of whom are based in the Middle East. This is an extremely exciting opportunity to work on major projects such as NEOM THE LINE, a never-before-seen approach to urbanisation, a 170km-belt of hyper-connected future communities, without cars and roads and built around nature.

  • As we're a national team with offices and resources in multiple locations, you will need to be able to coordinate local and remote teams to deliver the best solution for our clients across multiple disciplines.

  • Your Role:
  • Managing a multi-discipline project from the initial stages through to final delivery.

  • Forming strong relationships with key stakeholders within the project.

  • Overseeing and managing risk on project budgets.

  • Brilliantly analytical, you'll pinpoint the success of campaigns - producing reports and presenting your findings.

  • Always looking for improvement, you'll assess processes and make appropriate recommendations based on the data and information you gather.

  • You'll support the co-ordination of our programmes of work, working with our Project Management team to maintain back office systems (, enabling effective planning, scheduling and monitoring of the work.

  • Ensuring we're delivering high-quality that adds real added-value.

  • Analysing client campaigns success, producing reports, and analysing data as supporting evidence.

  • Working with the wider team to continuously assess working methods and processes and making recommendations for improvement.

  • What you can bring

Previous Account Management experience at a mid-senior level with a wide understanding of creative disciplines.

  • Experience within a creative/digital environment.

  • Possess a creative flair and innovative approach to projects.

  • Experience of working in a high-demand, high pressure environment.

  • Project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.

  • Agency experience with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Experience with Project Management software and tools - experience of using would be ideal but not essential.

When you start with us, you'll enjoy "Total Reward", a package that can be tailored to your lifestyle, career and personal needs. From flexible holidays to life assurance, health & wellbeing benefits, and career planning for the senior stage of your career.

  • Making sure you're supported is important to us. So, if you identify as having a disability, tell us ahead of your interview. And let's talk about any adjustments you might need.
