Experteer Overview In this role, you drive the commercial banking segment through market analysis, product development, sales and relationship management, risk control, and performance monitoring. You will develop pricing, innovative financial solutions, and strategic partnerships to expand client reach and profitability. You'll lead cross-functional collaboration, manage key stakeholder relationships, and optimize funnels to deliver strong commercial outcomes. This position offers exposure to shaping credit card acquisition and partnering with external and internal teams to maximize performance. Pay / Benefits
- Conduct market research to map competitive landscape, trends, and opportunities to grow market share in commercial banking Develop pricing models that balance profitability with competitiveness Design and manage financial solutions across loans, cash management, and trade finance for commercial clients Forge strategic partnerships to broaden product offerings and access new client segments Manage stakeholder relationships and tailor solutions to client needs Develop and implement sales strategies with targets, channels, and service agreements Monitor leading/lagging metrics (new clients, loan volume, revenue, market share) and optimize funnel and customer journey Tasks Demonstrated ability to understand commercial drivers and pricing strategies Experience building and managing internal and external stakeholder relationships Strong analytical capability to diagnose complex situations and deliver data-driven solutions Ability to manage objectives, make informed decisions, and deliver results with limited supervision Confident communication and stakeholder influence across cross-functional teams and partners Key requirements
