Full Job Description

iMultiply are working in partnership with a well established organisation looking for a Full-Time, Permanent Credit Control Manager. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious team player keen to join a fast-paced business and a busy role where you will learn quickly.

As the Credit Control Manager, you will be involved in but not restricted to the following duties:

  • Direct line management of the team
  • Weekly debt reviews with each team member
  • Weekly debt review meeting with Finance Manager
  • Ad hoc debt reviews with partners
  • Weekly review of client credit balances and duplicate payments with Collections Coordinator
  • Review of payment plan requests and seeking approval from Finance Manager
  • Cash collection tracking and forecasting
  • Debt provision calculation
  • Responsible for ensuring team policies and procedures are kept up to date
  • Credit control representative at cross function meetings
  • Fostering best practice within the team

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • A proactive individual, with ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with a knowledge of vlookups and pivot tables
  • Experience within a similar manager position is essential
  • Extensive previous experience within a credit control position (professional services/legal firm advantageous but not essential).

On Offer

This is a permanent Full-Time role based in Glasgow, an easily accessible location with multiple transportation routes.
