Oliver Smith Recruitment are working exclusively with our key client in East Kilbride to hire a Credit Control specialist on a permanent basis.

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, using your excellent communication and negotiation skills to collect payments and resolve any outstanding issues. Your goal is to minimise losses and maximise recoveries while providing exceptional service to their clients. Your role will be shaped around the below responsibilities:

Duties will include:

Chasing outstanding debts via phone and email
Preparing relevant correspondences to clients
Liaising with debt recovery agencies and the accounts team
Preparing statements of accounts for clients
Liaising with business owners and analysing data to prepare reports and collection statistics

To be successful, you will have a good eye for detail, be able to communicate well over phone and email, well organised and ability to work in a face paced environment.

Credit control experience is essential.

Interviews will be held ASAP at our clients HQ in Glasgow.
