Credit Controller

Lusona is partnering exclusively with our well-established client in the property management sector to recruit an experienced Credit Controller. Reporting directly to the Credit Manager, you will join a small, supportive team and take responsibility for a range of key credit control activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Recording NOPLs on the company CRM/billing system
• Calculating direct debit reviews and preparing DD increase review letters
• Handling and following up on direct debit rejections

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume credit control environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High levels of self-discipline, motivation, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Excel
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
