Hybrid 3 days at home (2 days in the Glasgow office)

33.45 hours per week - 1 hour 15 mins for lunch

Oliver Smith Recruitment are working in partnership with our key client in Glasgow to hire a Credit Control specialist on a permanent contract.

You will be working in a small knit finance team reporting to the Head of finance.

Alongside Credit Control, there is an opportunity to take on wider finance duties. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–3 years credit control experience who is looking to expand their finance skills.

• To provide credit control services and all associated tasks
• Proactive calls to clients to ensure timely payments, whilst providing credit control updates
• Dealing with invoice queries in an effective & timely manner
• Manage queries to resolution through investigation, reconciliation and escalation
• Process and generate reminder letters and monthly statements
• Ensure the in-house database is up to date
• Manage partner relationship allocation for conducting regular ledger reviews
