Full Job Description
At Burges Salmon, we're investing in the future of how we use client and relationship data. We're looking for an experienced CRM Manager to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract and lead the continued development of InterAction, our firm-wide CRM platform, helping colleagues across the firm make smarter, insight-led decisions and build stronger client relationships. This is a highly visible role sitting at the centre of our strategic CRM programme and forms an integral part of our wider Digital Enablement strategy. Working collaboratively with Marketing, Business Development, IT, Data teams and senior stakeholders, you'll help shape how CRM supports the firm's growth, client engagement and commercial strategy. Through a combination of technical expertise, stakeholder engagement and change leadership, you'll play a key role in embedding a culture where data is trusted, accessible and used to drive meaningful business outcomes. What you'll be doing
- Lead the optimisation and ongoing development of InterAction, our CRM platform.
- Drive firm-wide CRM adoption through training, support and engagement.
- Partner with Marketing, IT and Data teams to improve insight, reporting and automation.
- Develop dashboards and data-driven solutions that support business decisions.
- Explore emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance CRM capability.
- Influence senior stakeholders and help embed best practice across the firm.
Proven CRM management experience within a professional services environment. - Experience of InterAction is highly desirable
- Strong technical expertise in CRM configuration, optimisation and reporting.
- Experience driving adoption and change across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Ability to turn data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to influence at all levels.
