Customer Care Coordinator (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Leith, Edinburgh | Tuesday – Thursday | 8:00am – 4:30pm

Our client is looking for an organised and customer-focused Customer Care Coordinator to join their team in Leith. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business within the construction sector, with the role available on either a temporary or permanent basis.

Working closely with customers, contractors and internal teams, you'll be responsible for coordinating maintenance requests, scheduling remedial works and ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the aftercare process.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Coordinating repairs and remedial works with contractors and site teams.
• Scheduling appointments and monitoring progress to completion.
• Keeping customers updated throughout the process.
• Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
• Supporting the wider customer care team with general administration.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• Previous experience within construction, housebuilding or engineering (essential).
• Strong administration and customer service skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident communication skills and a proactive approach.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
