Full Job Description

  • Processing online orders via online portals and company eBay/Amazon account

  • Providing first-class customer service via telephone and e-mail

  • Process orders from incoming calls

  • Respond to customer enquiries through our ticketing system

  • Handle customer issues or complaints

  • Updating and chasing the status of part-fulfilled orders

  • Liaising with the warehouse team and allocating orders for processing

  • Review dispatched orders

  • Ensuring all emails and enquiries are responded within a reasonable time frame, Answer incoming customer inquiries

  • Stay up-to-date on new products, services, and policies

  • Collect and report customer feedback to ensure that best practice is maintained

  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns

  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies

    Based in Hillington, we are looking for a candidate with an administrative and sales background who can work in a fast-paced environment., First-class customer service skills

  • Proactive and positive with a "Can Do" attitude

  • Have an excellent telephone manner

  • Computer literate

  • Well organised and able to manage a demanding workload

  • Self-motivated working with a small team, with excellent time management skills

  • Able to work within a fast paced website environment

  • Competent working alone or as part of a team

  • Experience in Customer Service

    • Working days will be Monday to Friday occasional weekend work required.,
