This position is in Cargill's Aqua Nutrition (CQN) business within the Animal Nutrition and Health (ANH) enterprise. Today, CQN is one of the largest suppliers of feed to the aquaculture industry, and together with our partners across ANH, we improve lives through better nutrition

The Customer Service administrator will support routine customer enabling activities of the order management process and will help execute well established customer service activities with regards to order intake, confirmation, processing and fulfillment. In this role, you will assist with the achievement of streamlined and optimized internal processes that promote a seamless customer experience.
Key Accountabilities
Follow standard procedures regarding order status, invoices, contract balances and share information needed to complete an order to customer facing customer service representatives. Support simple customer orders to confirm credit, contract, pricing, stock allocation, and transportation availability alignment. Support development and maintenance systems and relationships that meet customer demand forecast, as well as other databases related to shipments and inventory management. Provide straightforward administrative support in executing customer service strategies. Contribute to validate, communicate and coordinate customer service strategies. Perform basic administrative or clerical tasks in support of improvement projects and commitments requiring a basic understanding of customer service practices and procedures. Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under general supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
