Job Summary

We may conduct our interviews in person or using Microsoft Teams for video calling. All you need is a device with a camera and access to the internet. We will provide guidance and instructions on how to use this method if your interview is being held virtually.

Join our Customer Services team as a Customer Services Adviser, helping residents access a wide range of Council services through telephone, email, social media and web chat. You’ll be part of a busy Contact Centre, providing a high standard of customer care, resolving enquiries, updating systems, and helping customers get the support they need. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates well, and wants to make a positive difference to communities across North Ayrshire.
