Customer Service Advisor

Our Customer Service Advisors will be based from our East Kilbride Operation Centre, working Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

They are a dedicated team that are crucial to our operation, who promptly respond to high volume inbound and outbound calls from our customers, while maintaining our Service Level Agreements and timeframes.

They also assist our members and private traders with sales and return queries and provide administrative duties associated with documentation and compliance.

• Adaptable, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
